Zapier Integration

Connect MailTrixy with 5,000+ apps via Zapier webhooks.

Setup

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations
  2. Click Connect on Zapier
  3. MailTrixy generates a Webhook URL and API Token automatically
  4. Copy these to your Zapier Zap configuration

Available Triggers (Zapier → MailTrixy)

  • New Contact: Triggers when a new contact is created
  • New Conversation: Triggers when a new conversation starts
  • Deal Stage Change: Triggers when a deal moves to a new stage
  • New Campaign Sent: Triggers when a campaign is sent

Available Actions (MailTrixy → Zapier)

  • Create Contact: Add a new contact to MailTrixy
  • Update Contact: Update an existing contact
  • Add Tag: Add a tag to a contact
  • Create Deal: Create a new deal in the pipeline

Webhook Format

MailTrixy sends webhook payloads as JSON POST requests. See the API Endpoints documentation for the full payload format.
