Licenses

MailTrixy is available under two license types. Choose the license that matches your intended use case.

Regular License

The Regular License is intended for personal or single-business use where end users are not charged for access to the application.

Use case example: A marketing agency installs MailTrixy on their server for their own team to manage client email campaigns. The team members do not pay to use the tool.

Extended License

The Extended License is required when you want to operate MailTrixy as a SaaS platform, charge users for access, resell the product, or serve multiple clients.

Support Terms

Your purchase includes support from the development team under the following terms:

Term Details
Initial support period 6 months from the date of purchase
Extended support Available for purchase to extend support to 12 months
Response time Within 24-48 business hours
Support covers Bug fixes, installation help, configuration guidance, and usage questions
Support does NOT cover Custom feature development, third-party integrations, server administration, or design customization
Support channel Ticket system via CodeCanyon or dedicated support email

Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled according to the marketplace's refund policy (e.g., Envato Market Terms). Key points:

  • Refunds may be granted if the product is materially different from its description or does not work as advertised.
  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind, lack of expertise to use the product, or purchasing the wrong license type.
  • If you purchased the Regular License but need the Extended License, you can upgrade by paying the difference. Contact support for assistance.
  • Technical issues that can be resolved through support do not qualify for automatic refunds. Please contact support first.
