Demo Limitations

Demo Overview

The MailTrixy demo environment allows you to explore the platform's email management and CRM features using pre-loaded sample data. It provides a hands-on way to evaluate the unified inbox, contact management, deals pipeline, email campaigns, workflow automation, and overall user experience before purchasing a license.

The demo is pre-populated with sample contacts, email conversations, email accounts, campaigns, deal pipelines, and workflow automations so you can navigate through every section of the application without any initial setup.

Limitations

The demo environment has the following restrictions to maintain stability and prevent abuse:

  • No real email sending - You cannot send actual emails from the demo. Outbound email is disabled to prevent abuse. You can compose and preview emails, but they will not be delivered to real recipients.
  • Sandbox payment gateways - All payment gateways operate in test/sandbox mode. No real transactions are processed and no actual charges are made.
  • Read-only admin settings - Some system-level admin settings are locked to read-only mode to prevent configuration changes that could break the demo for other users.
  • Periodic data resets - Demo data is reset periodically to ensure a clean experience for all visitors. Any changes you make (contacts, conversations, campaigns, settings) will be reverted during the next reset cycle.
  • AI features use limited credits - AI-powered features such as reply generation, email summarization, and knowledge base queries are functional but operate with limited API credits. You may encounter rate limits during heavy usage.
  • No real WhatsApp/SMS/Telegram integration - Multi-channel messaging features (WhatsApp, SMS, Telegram) are visible in the interface but do not connect to real services. You can explore the UI and configuration options without live connectivity.

Testing Payments

The demo uses Stripe in test mode so you can experience the full checkout and subscription flow. Use the following test credentials:

  • Card Number: 4242 4242 4242 4242
  • Expiry Date: Any future date (e.g., 12/30)
  • CVC: Any 3-digit number (e.g., 123)
  • ZIP/Postal Code: Any valid value (e.g., 10001)

The test card will simulate a successful payment without any real charges. You can test the full flow including plan selection, checkout, order confirmation, and invoice generation.
